then I am sure that you will find something in the following posts to that will help you to connect-the-dots between Emotional Intelligence, Circle Time and the use of picture-story books.

As well as primarily providing a resource for educators in the Primary / Elementary School sector to help develop the Emotional Intelligence of students; a secondary desired outcome is that these posts will also contribute towards you re-connecting the soul with the role of teaching.*

  1. As a primary school chaplain, I have been using both of these books with a range of kids. They love the concepts. I now carry around with me some buttons, a Value Scale and keep a stock of different stones. Parents are commenting about the stones that their children are explaining their own value and uniqueness. What a great resource these books are in helping keeps understand their unique value and worth.

  2. This is such great feedback. Thanks. I would be interested to know the ages of the kids.
